How do I purchase an e-Gift Card?

• Step 1 - Select a Gift Card
  On ShopThisIsIt.com, go to this page or enter “gift card” into the search field. From that page, you can select the card’s value and click Add to Cart. When you're finished adding items to your cart you can proceed to Check Out.
• Step 2 - Complete Checkout & Purchase
  Enter your email address and billing information, review your information, and click Purchase. Once the purchase is complete, a link to the gift card will be immediately sent to the email provided.
• Step 3 - Share the Gift Card
  The link to the gift card and its unique code can be shared with anyone you like! You can also print the gift card or handwrite the code for more gifting options. 

Can I purchase physical/plastic gift cards?
Gift cards are only available via email, but the code can be written or printed on anything you like.  

Can I choose the amount I would like to give?
Yes. We offer multiple e-gift card values for you to choose from. Simply select the amount you would like to give.

How can I redeem my ShopThisIsIt.com e-gift card? Can it be redeemed online or at an in-store location?
Gift cards are redeemable online only at ShopThisIsIt.com. Gift cards are not accepted at our in-store locations.

Once the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax and shipping.

If the order total exceeds the gift card value, they'll pay the remaining amount using another payment method. If their order total is less than the gift card value, they can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and remaining value displays on the Order Summary page and in the order receipt.

How does the recipient check their balance?
The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.

Can I return or exchange items purchased with a gift card?
Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Refunds on purchases made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.

Are gift cards refundable? 
Yes, gift cards are refundable before they are used. Gift cards are not refundable if they are used in part or in full.

Can gift cards be used with other promo codes and discounts? 
Yes. Gift cards act like cash, not discounts. A gift card code can be used with another promotion or special discount code. Gift Cards can be used to purchase any item sold on ShopThisIsIt.com.   

Can gift cards be used multiple times?
If a gift card is used and has a remaining balance it can used on another purchase. And another! But you can not choose to use less than the remaining balance on a purchase. 

Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

Is the Gift Card Code case sensitive?
No. For example, this code A12R3 is the same as a12r3.
